SnapDeal – Product Cannot Be Replaced – Review

Snapdeal is the worst of all e-commerce websites. I ordered a mobile phone from Snapdeel on 13th June, the product was delivered after 5 days on 18th June. When I asked for a replacement the Snapdeal agent was very rude in his reply and blamed the issue with device on me. After repeated calls eventually they agreed for replacement to be delivered to me 24th. They didn’t check with the seller whether product is available or not and I was told the replacement is already shipped from their side. Yesterday they mailed me saying the product cannot be replaced and money will be refunded back to my account in 5-7 days. Such pathetic and disgusting customer service who doesn’t care about its customer the moment a product is bought from their website. I would like to file complaint against Snapdeal for customer harassment.
