ordered a t-shirt online (order no.7071911 dt 23 may 14) not delivered in time that is 5-8 working days. lodged complaint on 30 may 14 & 03 jun 14(complaint no. 713481 & 723903 resp). further, it was confirmed that parcel will not be delivered. then i lodged a complaint for refund on 08 jun 14 & 23 jun 14 (complaint no 736948 & 781446)as the refund was not made even after 10 working days as per yepme customer executive. yepme has not provided timely delivery of parcel after payment also and after repeated complaints also refund was not made till date

i want the triple the amount of order placed by me as time and money spent on calling the yepme customer care is more precious.
