Product was ordered on 11th of January and as per their TrustPay guarantee it was supposed to be delivered on 18th. The product has not been delivered till date. The customer support does not help in any way. They promise a call back from a senior member in 24 hours, in 4 hours but that call never comes, they are in violation of their own policy as listed here: http://www.snapdeal.com/info/TrustPay The courier company has no information on the shipment and they say we have no information about the package.

I want to product to be delivered to me and a reimbursement of Rs. 10,000 for the pathetic treatment I received and not being able to stand up to their promises.
