Respected Madam/ Sir, I had ordered three sarees from SNAPDEAL on 07th , November 2014 vide order no. 3540009970 and one saree on 11th November 2014 vide order no. 3465160096. All the orders were to reach me latest by 19.11.2014 as per the order information and by 14 th November and by 17th November as per the courier company (from which the consignments were shipped).I had purchased one of these sarees to gift my wife on her Birthday and other 3 sarees to gift my mother and Bhabhis.But the shipment could not arrived on time. Neither they informed me about the delay in delivery. I contacted several time regarding the receipt of my consignment and never get any satisfactory reply from them. I was kept waiting for more than 10 minutes to speak to their customer care executives which was a waste of time and money (telephone bill).Every time I contacted them they gave a simple answer contact our courier partner. They messaged me the number of the courier company but the number provided by me never got through as every time the number was showing line busy. I also tried to contact the Bluedart courier company on the number provided on the company website but I could not speak to their customer care representative even after waiting more than 12 minutes which caused me mental harassment and loss of money as mobile balance.
