Air India – DGCA norms Denied Boarding

I booked Air India flight which should was scheduled to depart from DELHI T3 at 8:55PM on 12th April. My PNR number was JNFXQ. I got a SMS stating that flight is delayed by 1hr 50min to 10:45. I reached the airport and reached the Check-In counter where no one was available. So i went to other Air India Counters where they said that they cannot do check in for this flight. I was asked to meet a in charge who told ” I have many flights to handle and please don’t disturb me”. And then I was asked to contact Air India Office which was at other end of the airport. I ran to the office. Even there they said that they cannot do anything. And then I was told that check in counters are closed and i cannot board. But I can see that flight was further delayed on the information board(It departed at 11:21PM as per Air IndiaWebsite). But they were reluctant to even discuss about the Issue. I was given a flight next after paying the fare difference(Rs.1050) Which should have been free as per DGCA. But I missed a important event in my life because of their negligence. This happened to around 5 to 6 people infront of my eyes. I was E-Mailed saying that i will be refunded Rs.1050 and I replied that as per DGCA norms for denied boarding Issue, I should be compensated Rs.4000 and the booking charges Rs.1050 which in total comes to Rs.5050. Please look into this issue and make sure that I am compensated.

This is going on from many months and every time I E-Mail them regarding status they keep on saying that i should wait. I want to be compensated appropriately as per DGCA norms. And also the delay should be added to it. I am attaching a E-Mail conversation with Air India nodal officer and other departments.
