SnapDeal – Received Duplicate Product

I placed an order for a Samsung Battery through www.Snapdeal.com. But, I received a Duplicate product. 1.The battery was not Samsung Company sealed. It was wrapped in a polythene cover. 2.The invoice I received did not have battery serial number. How do I claim the warranty? When I contacted, Snapdeal support, they sent a updated invoice with serial number of the battery. But the invoice number does not match with invoice I received with the product. When I asked why the product was not company sealed and wrapped in polythene cover, they are not responding to it. I want my money to be returned at the earliest and they can collect the duplicate product from me.
