I am a Reliance Communications Mobile user for last 5 to 6 year. Two days ago i purchased a new HTC smartphone i saw that net was working very slow and when i was calling someone while talking the call is been cut every time and i applied for 3g but it had not been proceeded and since last 4 days i am not getting any data connection from reliance.

Please try to solve my problem at the earliest or else i have to switch to another operator using the mobile number portability.
