I have already called SNAPDEAL customer care more than 20 times and mailed them my credit card statement also. But according to SNAPDEAL cancellation policy, i should got my refund with in 4 working days of product returned to sanpdeal. But the returned order already received at snapdeal on 3rd march.But till today i have not received my refund of Rs-437.00.After so many reminder to snapdeal,everytime they are telling you ll get your with in 24-48 Hours from last 30 days.

I had placed my order on snapdeal with order ID-11311905645on 23rd JAN 2016 and payment through my Credit card. I had cancelled it on 25th JAN,2016. For the Suborder Id: 14271494578(HP Pendrive) i have not received the refund till today.
