Sir, I have buy 3 product from snapdeal and returned 1 product (order no- 3392514309, Ticket ID-12147142, Product Name- Sritika Brown Solids). They assured me that items returned within 7 days of receiving money along with return courier charges will be REFUNDED as SD points. I have paid Rs.100/ for courier for return. Courier charge of Rs. 100/ has not been credited as SD points after many emails.
