I have purchased a travel insurance policy “4129/21324977/00/000” for my mom for 6 months to travel to USA. but she has to return after 2 months due to sudden death of my father. I have already raised a refund request with icici but didn’t received any update. every time they say to send the documents and we have already provided all the documents via courier and also through there agents

It’s more than 4 months we haven’t received our money back
