SnapDeal – Product not received poor service

I have ordered JLB speaker as birthday gift for my brother which was on 28th September.The product was ordered on 22nd September however it is not been dispatched till date. i made several attempts to contact customer care but every time the asked for more time to resolve. also emailed the CEO of the company result the same.hence looking for help in getting my product along with compensation.

I want a compensation of RS 25000 as in ability to serve and wasting my time in regular followup with the customer and follow up email in addition to mental stress and spoiling the birthday event i demand compensation. the CEO of the company also do not Take the complaints seriously hence i demand compensation.
