Dear Sir . I would like to escalate my case to you and also need your help in getting this close. My enrollment no-923LMIT0246 Name :-Praveen Kumar Joshi Course MSC IT I have taken my MSC IT 3rd semester exam through Karnataka open university at their partner center VET Delhi Center:- TH05 –VET Delhi during Dec 2009-Jan 2010 session , I have passed 3 papers but I have not received mark sheet for this session , I have been continuously following up with VET team Delhi but they always put blame on KSOU and as per VET ,University has not sent the my mark sheet for this session . I have conteed KSOU VC thru emails as well as phone but not satisfactory response , They don’t even listen to me. I have also attended my 4th semester project code MS44 during June-July 2012 session for which I have received only scan copy of mark sheet not the hard copy , I have also escalated this to VET and as per them they have received only scan copy from KSOU , how this is possible , Why KSOU sent scan copy and not hard copy? . I am continually doing follow-ups with KSOU and VET but there are not responding , I would like you to investigate this on top priority and take actions against such nexus between KSOU and VET . I have been harassed by KSOU and VET team , there objective is just to mint money by doing fraud with students
