I bought a hp laptop online through snapdeal.com on 05 jan 2015.after buying it i found laptop is totally un-serviceable then i registered a case with hp and id are-47448960 dtd 20/01/15 & 4745209524 dtd 24/01/15 snapdeal complaint id is 15032784 dated 21/01/15.hp engineer visited and took the pictures of internal parts if laptop for issuing letter through which it can be replaced.but later on hp denied that letter cant be issued because it has crossed 14 days and snapdeal is not authorized dealer as hp barred it from selling its product.then after several days i could not contact snapdeal & hp because i was on official tour.i got a call from ahmedabad hp centre that motherboard fault is suspected so it can be replaced .i got agreed because i got frustrated but on 02/03/15 after replacing motherboard also laptop is unserviceable so i called hp centre of ahmedabad and requested to chnage it but they denied it.iam a defence personnel and serving for my country at extreme border places so i hget less time to resolve these issuesso any help to replace such useless product would be a great help.
