EVM Volkswagen Passenger cars cheated me on my purchase of my new car. Very recently i came to know that my car purchased from EVM on 22nd may 2012 is actually a 2011 model vehicle. They cheated me by informing it as a 2012 car and also cheated government by indicating the month and year of manufacture in wrongly in the RC book.
Economic damage is that the money i spent for a 2012 model and got a 2011 model with limited features. Also the vehicle was a defective one. It is having continuous complaint with engine and braking system. Sometime it moves without BRAKES. It had risked our family life twice.I thank GOD that we are still alive in this world. THEY TRIED TO KILL US BY GIVING THIS DEFECTIVE CAR. I need my car to be replaced and sufficient compensation for putting our life in risk. Expect sufficient compensation for life of four people in my family.
