I purchased a HP pavilion Notebook (Model No.15PO27TX) online through Snapdeal which was delivered to me on the 16th day of January, 2015. At the website it was mentioned that the laptop has a Genuine Windows 8.1. However, the laptop delivered to contained Pirated Windows. When the matter was discussed by snapdeal Customer Support I did not get a satisfactory reply from their end. Neither are they fulfilling their refund and replacement Policy.
