I had been using Tikona Broadband since a few years. My user Id was 1101535363. There was a lot of issue with its service. I had mailed them frequently regarding the poor connectivity. Then they used to call a various times, but still the issue had not been cleared. Then, since we pay for usage for 30 days, i had mailed them for refund a lot of times, every month. Sometimes refund was provided, sometimes it wasnt, despite having a full proof for non working of the connection. I had even got threat calls from the company in the past. Risking my life i still continued with tikona, since there was an apology. When i asked them for refund again sometimes later due to non connectivity, refund was not processed once. There is usually a delay from there end in replyin when it comes to refund.Due to which at times payment from my side is also delayed. When i got a call once, i completely explained the logic and they accepted to it, but still they wanted me to pay a higher sum, and since i was not doing any charity, i paid them as per the actual amount i have to, though it was approx Rs150 short of their expected donation. Then not even a single day my net worked and i placed a request to cancel my connection, but still i had been getting invoices, with extra amounts. How will the invoice be generated when the connection is terminated?Termination was also delayed from their end.

I had been mentally tortured by the company. I had completely intolerable experiences with them. They harassed me by continuous calls and threats. They used to make me mad by calling 3s 4s 5s ,….etc no of times a day, and that too for the same reason they called, acting as if unaware of the previous calls received. I have got all relevant proofs sent and received by me to and from tikona, via mail. It has given me and my family a very bad experience. Many other friends who i referred had also terminated their connection in a very short manner, due to mental torture.
