Hi Yesterday SnapDeal purchased iPhone 5S via iOS App When item is in cart- It shows me price 31499 with offer( See attached screenshot- they said special offer on app) however when i confirmed order – it shows price of 39761 Order#4048573670 This is the second time i faced this issue where they shows price on cart and charging higher amount then when confirm order when i contacted them – they said cancel the order then. But my question is why should we waste such time. Its safe since i choose cash on delivery so my money safe but what if i paid using Credit card? If they have issue with app/website – then they should accept and resolved it otherwise customer always face this issue Thanks, Ranchhod
