Sir, I purchase a Strontium 32GB MicroSD Memory Card (Class 10) from 27th October 2014 with order number 24961133. The seller send me the courier tracking no.700001296681 of Dotzot. But when I inquiry about the product the seller will not send the product. Then I will contact shopclues regarding this and told them to refund my amount.They told me we will inquiry about this. They will reply me after 1 week and told me the seller will send the product. After that they told me to not receive the product. Then I would not received the product. Then I again contact with them that I will not receive the product and refund my money. They told me that after the product return to the origin then we will refund your amount. I track the product, it show that the product return to the origin. Then again i contact the shopclues for the refund they told me it will take 9 to 10 days for the process. After 10 days I would again contact them they told me they take action against this refund. They will send me a mail refund process take 6 to 7 day for refund your amount. Today also I contact with them they told me the same thing we will take action against the refund.

I want my money as soon as possible. This is a fraud company regarding refund of money.
