Vodafone is charging fraud each month on my mobile no 9654377xxx with different headers. I called so many times in their customer care along with long mail chain with nodal office but for no use. They keep on charging fraud. This month they have charged internet download which i never downloaded under this header 20/11/14-07:59:19 shotformat_dwnlp_9 0:00 9 9 46 21/11/14-14:51:41 hello1_tvallsouth_ 0:00 3 0 46 11/12/14-13:00:26 wapvilla_ppd 0:00 9 9 46 total costing (228.00). I want to my wasted money refunded along with immediate stopping of this habit of cheating customers. They are just looting innocent consumers those who don’t check their bill details. I want strong against this habit of cheating.
