I had booked spice jet tickets(return also) dated 16.12.2014 & 05.01.2015 details of which are attached.This was done on 23rd september 2014. 1.I got intimation on 14.12.2014 via sms that my flight stands cancelled and I am free to book another flight or book in their 09.55 am flight i.e less than 48 hrs where booking another flight will be whopping. 2. I asked them to book same in their another flight which they obliged. 3.on 16.12.2015. I got another sms stating that flight is delayed to 13.15 pm. 4.I had web checked in in advance,contacted the booking person who had no clue why the flight is delayed.But twice they confirmed that flight will definitely come though delayed. 5.When another sms came that flight is delayed further to 14.45 I approached the lady manager on duty to complain who was quick to state that they are just facilitators and called the spice jet on duty manger at around 10.45 am. 6.The spice jet manager told us (my wife was there) that due to poor visibility in delhi was the cause for delay and flight will definitely come.Regarding cancellation of my flight (original) he said it was a planned flight cancellation but had no answer when I questioned why it was cancelled in less than 48 hrs if it was planned
1.Full refund of the spice jet tickets( in excess of 32000) 2. Reimbursemtment of another flight ticket we had to buy because of there non commitment.we were ready to come the next day also.(in excess of 44000). 3.suitable compensation for rescheduling my return flight where I had to pay in excess of 28000. 4.refund of the difference in amount I suffered due to repeated cancellation of rail tickets (approx. 5000) 5.suitable amount as per consumer court’s discretion for all the mental and physical harrassment caused to me and my family
