Tikona Broadband – Harassment closing connection

Hi, I have closed the Tikona connection in the Month of Sept. 2014 due to poor service issues. I have already settled the account with Tikona as it charges the customer in advance without assuring the seamless service. Please see the email from Tikona. Your service engineer has already collected the CPE, cable, adpator and POE from me and given the acknowledgement (refer CPE removal letter. pdf). I have been receiving the bills from Tikona and sms regarding dues settlement (see attachments). I am not able to understand why I am receiving these. I do not have any pending business with Tikona. In my knowledge I have settled the business with Tikona and do not want to receive any communication. I tried to reach your customer care but never made thou and never received calls from your executives. Could you please help me.

Stop the harassment from Tikona.
