Hi, This is to complain Reliance Tele that on Nov. 08, 2014 I got promotional call from your call center and on disconnecting the same, I received a msg of balance deduction of Rs. 30 for VAS pack. Immediately I mailed them to reimburse this unethical deduction. But they dnt bother to revert any. I reminded them thrice but still no action. 10 days back, i got call from their customer care that amount will be reimbursed soon but still no action.

These people are regular offender and they dnt follow ethical practices. Just think about those poor victim who didnt know how and where to complain as their complain registration number,198 always tells system down. Its an mantle harassment that i need to run for my own hard earned money. They should be teach a lesson.
