Dear Sir / Mam, With heartfelt pains I hereby approach your good office with an appeal to intervene the matter regarding Reliance Tele the Balance Deduction of 358/- Rupess. My number is : 9608948xxx, I have recharged with Rs. 333/- on 10th December, 2014 at 5:13 PM , My balance become of Rs. around 390/- , in the evening after making few call my balance was around Rs. 358/- , in the morning (11/12/2014) the balance become only 0.08 paisa. After making several complaints I got same reply that there were no wrong charging but now one know the reason of balance deduction. Last sms that I got from RM-Reliance was ‘ Dear Reliance Customer as per the SR 227843771 has been resolved there was not wrong deduction found from your ac. Thanks.’ But reason of deduction is unknown. I am unable to understand I have been trying to get the answer of reason of balance deduction from 11/12/2014 but know one able to answer. I have been harassed by the Reliance People from the very fist day of balance deduction and till date I am getting same answer that is , there was no wrong charge but reason of deduction is unknown.

Either the Reliance People let me know the reason of Balance Deduction or refund my money back (Rs. 358/-)
