I ordered 2 sets of SNB White Melamine Dinner Set( order number 2217092142 and order number 2217286157) sets on snapdeal.com on 5/06/14 which was delivered to me on 12/6/14. But the product delivered to me was not the same that I ordered. The design and colour was entirely different, and in one of the sets 2 bowls were broken. To get my product changed on 14/06/2014 I called snapdeal on its customer care number and registered a complaint (complaint no- 7239406 against the order number 2217092142 and Complaint No,- 7239417 against the order number -2217286157). They told me that a reverse pickup of the wrong products will be done from my address within 48 hours, and as soon as the product will reach them they will dispatch the product I had ordered, but till now the reverse pickup has not been done. Several times i have called the customer care regarding this but every time they say that today the pickup will be done ,but till now that day has not come. The attitude of the customer care executives is very casual and its seems apparent that they are just stretching the time by committing every day that my product will be exchanged. Their main motive is that at last I shall get frustrated and finally accept whatever product has been delivered to me. But i would like to say that the product which I received is not at all acceptable, and the design is very bad. It would be an insult for any gust to serve food on that dinner set. The quality of the sets is also very cheap.And most probably, no one was purchasing those sets, therefore snapdeal.com is forcefully putting them on us. P.S- the conversations recorded by snapdeal.com can proof the irresponsible and casual attitude of them.

1. The product I had ordered be delivered to my address , as soon as possible. 2. Money spent on calling snapdeal customer care be reimbursed.(Rs. 400) 3. Money spent for visiting internet cafe and printout be reimbursed.-(Rs. 100) 4. Some kind of action be taken against snapdeal.com and snapdeal customer care for harassing the customers so much.
