sir/madam, i had booked a consignment on 23/05/2014 with the above mentioned company for transportation of the consignment to bangalore .They still have not shipped the product(which i came to know after i went to check at their store in kolkata today). the people of the agency blocked my phone number after i called them regarding the delivery of the same.when ever i used alternate numbers to call they used to threaten that they will damage my consignment and also use abusive languages.

delivery of my consignment ASAP and a compensation of not less then 1 lakh for consumer harassment.
