Carrier – Sales Service is pathetic – Review

Our Air conditioner is 4 years old and this season its gas had leaked and we wanted it to be picked by the service centre. After many calls and follow ups the AC was picked up on Monday 16th June 2014. We were told that it will be re-delivered after 2 days i.e. on Wednesday 18 June 2014 but till date it has not been received. We are constantly calling the customer care but they are giving all sorts of stories. We had complained to higher authorities of Carrier but the situation remains the same.

We want that AC should be delivered at our house immediately and it should be free of cost. We had already paid Rs. 500 so want that 500 also back.
