My balance has been cut unnecessarily. When I call customer care they told you have used internet but sir i am using nokia 1230 model phone for this airtel number. In this mobile we can only make call and message but not access internet the how balance charged for internet. I have about Rs. 52 in my balance but now it is nil. then after reinsert sim, switch off mobile and then make a recharge for rs. 10 to done a message for port the sim network. After it rest balance again cut by operator.

I just only want my amount should be refunded.
