Dear concern i an using an BSNL number-759938xxx in this i am facing network coverage issue at my residence address- nayabans, gali no-1, sector -15, Noida-201301, behind Public library for 1 month. i tried to call on call centre number for resolution but each time all CCE are disconnected the call without resolution. earlier i was getting good signal strength but now i fed up with third class services like call dropp, no network coverage and getting announcement on all BSNL number the DIALED NUMBER IS FAULTY. SOMETIMES GETTING ANOTHER IVR ANNOUNCEMENT BETWEEN CALL. pls resolve the issue at the earliest. i have also lodged complaint at DOT under complaint number DOTEL/E/2014/15302 but not got any resolution and for 1 month i am still following the same. my alternate number is 9711595xxx. I want that a specific Technical Service Team of BSNL need to visit and check the network tower and connectivity and provide network services as i was getting 2 month before.
