I had ordered few items worth rupee’s 3672 and its (Order No.16185601) from Myntra.com on 10th of June 2014 out of which 1 item was not delivered and was promised to be delivered on 19th as per them,also it is been mentioned in there policies that `We deliver most of our orders within 7 days from the order date` while tracking the order from DTDC courier (Tracking No. : 700000786076) the order was in Sirsa, Harayana from Thursday, Jun, 12, 2014 05:37 PM, while contacting about the same to myntra customer care they assured me that order will be delivered to my address as soon as possible but i have`nt received the order yet. They are totally irresponsible in their duties and there seniors are also not taking up the call. From past 5 days i am calling them and increasing my mobile phone bills also a mental torture and they are just delaying the order with no assurance from their part.

As per their policies order, they deliver most of their order within 7 days, as order was placed on 10 June 2014 and today is 24 june 2014, I want all my orders which was placed from 10 june 2014 to be free and reimbursement of by phone bills which i wasted while calling to customer care, also something worth of my precious time which i wasted to track the order
