I requested customer care to change my 3G plan from Rs.100 for 300 MB to Rs.250 for 1 GB. Instead of changing that plan he gave me some code to activate booster pack for Rs.250 and never informed me that after activating this booster pack you will also incur Rs.650 as capping plan if you will use 1 GB because in this case my 3G plan will not change, only speed will increase. In response of my grievance, nodal office is restricting me to escalate this issue and they are not transferring my call to higher authorities whose details are mentioned in Vodafone escalation points on their website. When I mail them then the higher authorities are not responding to the mails.

Waiver of these additional charges + the amount I incurred to talk to Vodafone customer care and the man-hours I wasted in explaining issues to them.
