Snapdeal – Wrong size product Five times delivered

Hello Sir/Ma’am, I have ordered a Belt (Size 36) on 12th May through Snapdeal Online Shopping and same i have received in 2-3 days, however i found that size issue and decided to replace it with 34 size. I called Snapdeal Customer Care executive and asked them to replace it with 34 size. Snapdeal created reverse pickup arrangement and their executive picked the product. After 3-4 days, I have received same belt which have received earlier. I called Customer Care executive and informed them that I again I have received the same size belt and I need 34 size only. Customer Care executive apologize for the same and ensured me that this time there will be no blunder happened and I will receive the correct product. After 4-5 days, I got the same 36 size belt. I was fully frustrated while seeing 3 times same incidence happened. I called the (Ranjeet Kumar) CS again and asked to talk to manager and then I spoke with Kapil Kumar (Floor Support). He apologies for the same and asked me to give them a chance to provide rite product this time. I informed him that if I will receive wrong product again then I will surly raised this to consumer court and he ensured me to provide rite product this time. This was the 4th time I called the Snapdeal customer service for the same product. After 4-5 days, again I have received same size belt and felt helpless to make them understand what I wanted. I called the CS again and asked them to transfer the call to Kapil Kumar (Floor Support). CS told me that he cannot divert the call to Kapil but yes available floor support can speak to you. I said ok, please do it. Call was picked by “Prateek Tiwari” (Floor Support) and I informed him all situations. Now, instead of ensuring customer that he will work on this issue on priority basis and make sure that this time I will receive correct product, he informed me that HE CAN’T MAKE SURE THAT TIME SNAPDEAL WILL NOT REPEAT THIS MISTAKE. He said I will again do the same procedure and cannot guarantee that correct product will get delivered to me. I was shocked that how can senior person (Floor Support) of Snapdeal said that. If you cannot make sure that correct product will get delivered to the customer than why not you just shut down your website and stop making customers fool. I have wasted more than Rs.100 with valuable time while calling them and hearing they will send me correct product again. I do not want any refund; I need product with the correct size with my phone call bill amount and time compensation from SNADEAL.COM.
