Airtel company has started various services on my mobile no 990304xxx without my proper consent and have charged me exorbant amount. On 8th may first they started a service of GPRS on my number for Rs 850 without my consent. When I complained them they reverted my charges and accepted their fault. But again after 5 days they again started GPRS service of 1500 per month along with many other service of various charges without my permission. This made my bill to inflate my bill to 2900.00 instead of average 700.00 per month. This time when I contacted them they were not ready to revert my charges which was falsely levied on me.

I want a proper bill and request airtel to revert charges against the service for which I have not requested and even not used their services. And also request airtel to please look into the matter and make sure this type of error does not happen again
