My name is kaushal dwivedi, i have submitted my Nokia lumia 720 for repair due to power button failure on 29th apr 2015 my phone is under warranty and i was about to receive my product on 22nd may 2015 which was sent to chennai head office and my phone was delivered to head office on 4th may 2015, when i called nokia care on 20th may 2015 they told that sir your product is out from chennai office and you will receive it on 22nd may 2015 for sure. but on 22nd may they told sir it is still in chennai head office as part is unavailable. i lodge a complaint twice with nokia care 02230303838. complaint no is 1290518157 and my job sheet no is 150429/004. they replied me sir you will receive call from our back end team within twenty for hours. but i am still awaiting for their call from 22nd may 2015. one month has been passed my phone is still with nokia care.of account due
