Flipkart – Return & refund against product no service

I bought a phone[ order no. from flipkart on 21st May, 2015 which got delivered on 23rd May. I had some problems while using the phone after which, I made a complaint for return of product on 26th May. They said to contact me in next 24 hours. I got the call from technical team who tried to assist me in solving the issue but with no result when I said that I want to return the product they declined my request saying that the there is no policy for return and refund of amount they can only replace it, that too if they found my problem genuine. I again called the customer care on 28th May to which they assured me to get back to me in 2 days. They contacted me on 30th May. I told them the issues I was having while using the phone but still they didn’t accept my request and asked to format the phone and to contact me next day. On 31st May I got the call on 1 pm which I couldn’t receive as I was in washroom that time and they didn’t call me back. I got an email saying that they will again contact me on 1st June. In evening, I mailed them the snapshots of their policies regarding return and refund against the product. They called me around 2pm but due to network issue the call got disconnected. I called the customer care to which they said that I should have received the call. They once again told me to contact in evening which they didn’t.

i want to return the product and to get the refund of amount as soon as possible.
