MTS Data Card – Reduction of plan wrong promise

Hello, My Name is Varun Verma & I want to lodge complained against MTS for my data card # 8459655xxx. I bought this data dongal on 26th March and choose my rental plan of Rs.999 where they promised to give 20GB day usage & 20GB night. My Dongal got activated on April 2nd. In verification call MTS people asked me about my plan and told them correctly that this plan i needed. I wrote about my required plan on application form as well. Also i was clear from the very first day with MTS that i am buying this dongal because of the attractiveness of this plan. Few Days back when I called MTS customer care to told that my internet is running very slow, they told me that you are activated with a Rs999 plan which gives 12GB day and 12GB night. I was shocked to know that. They also told me that our plans were revised from 1st April for everyone and now we don”t give 20GB in that plan. They also said that on 1 april they sent MSGs to every one about reduction of plan, but never get it as my plan wasn”t activated then. MTS also not agreeing to take this Dongal back as they said we don’t do such things & can’t give you money back. MTS did fraud with me by agreeing to give 20GB & after buying a costly dongal they looting me with giving less GB then in contract.
