I I had ordered a SONY -WX GT 88UI-in car CD PLAYER. Order NO-3681415986. Product delivered to us on 1st, sat after your customer care person had provide us Service person (18001035037 Daksh) for installation. After 4 days he had called us for installation( after harassment). As on date 4 dec, Today when we go there for installation product is faulty. Its very bad experience for us .Now we had made a call on snap deal customer care Concern person said service person will come after 3 days they will provide us a slip and get product back after that they will replace a new product. Its such a embarrassment for us we are your regular customer for 2 year.
Its my humble request to you please when your concern person will come to take default product, send him with new .
