Redemption of FDR number – 1218503 This complaint is regarding the redemption of FDR number -1218503. The redemption was due on 16/May/2014, but I am yet to receive the redemption proceeds. Regarding the above concern, I have already sent multiple email communications, had sent a formal complaint by post and also had multile telephone discussions with the concerned persons. I am a Senior citizen, aged 68 years, and had a bypass surgery and also a knee-joint replacement surgery in the last 3 years. I also have to undergo Aortic valve replacement surgery in the next couple of moths, according to the doctors advice I need the above-mentioned amount for my medical care and for the surgery. Hence, please do look into this issue and do the needful. I would greatly appreciate, if you could raise our concern with the concerned authorities (i.e. Unitech) and help in resolving this issue and also thereby ensure that we receive the above-mentioned amount.
