I had brought a new mobile from Sony Enterpise Kurukshetra & its Charging chip is not working any more I visted the customer care they told me that he will replace only charging IC with the new part but it is not the solution of the problem because it will solder it by hand on that chip which is actually to be done by sophisticated machines in companies. i am asking him to replace the whole Chip of mobile but he refusing to do so & tell this is not valid for low class mobiles I had bought this mobile for 11,600 Rs in MAY 2014.

Either the whole internal circuitry must be replaced with a new one or it will be replaced by a new mobile as it is only 3 months old without any exterior scratch or internal mishandling.
