XOLO Mobile -Touch Screen Defective

Fact of the Case On 18/01/ 2014, my friend Pintu had purchased XOLO Q1000 Opus (White) from Mobile City (local vendor of Surat). The mobile was working good conditions around four months. First time HE found following problems in mobile and assigned the same for repair in service center of company i.e. F1 info Solutions & Service P located at SURAT under work order no. 310000436876 dated 16/05/2014 1) Touch Screen Defective/Not Working 2) Heating issue, Earphone Jack is not working and some time back touch is not working After one & half month, company has given same mobile from service center of company. He found satisfactorily repaired mobile. Again he found the following faults in the mobile and handed over to the same service center for repair by work order no. 310000620718 dated 30/07/2014. 1) Touch Screen Defective/Not Working 2) Heat up on Charging 3) Ringer Not Working 4) Touch issue back key not working, heating issue, ring issue and vibration issue The Company replaced mobile with same brand black mobile approximately one month after. Again he found the following faults in the replaced Mobile and submitted to the same in Service Center by work order dated 310000741037 dated 11/09/2014. 1) Not Charging (Hardware Issue) 2) Heat Up on Charging 3) Heating Issue during charging, Hangs up Issue The Service Center told my friend that the mobile will be given at least one and half month.

return money or send him new mobile with one year warranty or extent the warranty more than one year warranty
