I have purchased Sony Experia E3 (Model No. D2212) on 30/09/14. After 3 days I have seen that when use continuously, the phone is heated and the display is blak for few min. I have send the phone to sony service center, Asansol.The phone is repaired but new problem comes hanging. I have already submit my hand set to sony service center, Asansol 3 times. But problem not resolved. I want that the mobile will be replaced by new one.
Sony please step up your customer service and care for consumers in India.
