I have applied for new You Telecom Broadband connection on 2nd week of December.While collecting cheque i was promised new connection will be established within 1 week and i was asked to pay amount of Rs.3197(via cheque collected by sales person Sivaraj 8681064091).After patiently waiting for whole month i started asking about the connection status to a guy named parthiban(9551598777).He said there was no feasibility in Saidapet area and connection will happen by 3rd of Jan.After 3rd week of Jan when i contacted another guy named Gowtham(9944000149) about the status and came to know that my order was processed wrongly just to capture sales and my connection is rejected due to feasibility issue.I honestly say that all the three persons mentioned above didnt give me correct information and worst customer service ever.Kindly look it into my issue and please make sure my cheque is returned as soon as possible.
