We purchased a sony home theater Model BDV N9100,the heigher end model of MRP Rs 56000 on 16 Nov 2013 in night at 9 Nov after engineer . visited home,we come to know its sound quality is not good,even my 16 yr old sony home theater was much good than that.So we registered complain on 18 Nov ,complain id 16714554 for the replacement with some other best other if available. But company ruled out and closed our case.But with every passing month the various other problems starts like software issue,connectivity issue reduced sound quality.So finally we again registers complain on 7 oct 2014(compl id 21379296) and n enginer visited house and confirms the set has got soo many issue so finally on 13 oct with id 21503412 we asked sony to replace this as we have lost all trust and what if product again starts malfunctioning after 1 month as warranty will be over.In reply to mail Sony again denied the request. Please help us to get our money back or to get other best suitable product.
I want my money back to me with due compensation of my harassment or if they apologize , i will consider replacement with other best available model because that time that model was the highest paid model.
