sir,myself dr anurag , iown a sony xperia z(purple) color mobile from last 3 months ,on 7 jan it switched off it self and not switch on and only showing sony logo .so i went official service center of sony that is libra technicom ,where they took the phone and said that they will replace it and you will get your phone in 5-6 days.ticket id is 14010803596. .one week later when i went there they told me it will take another 3-4 days u come after that ,after that when i call them they told me that company dont have this phone so u have to wit further ,till then i called them 100 time every time they have different answer some time they told company dont have phone in stock , some time your phone under process etc.gradually they started misbehaving me and saying you can took some other phone or when your phone come we will inform you dont irritae us and others. it is more than 3 week and i didnt get any call from them and after calling them they are not giving me exact status of my phone. it is giving me mental trauma please help me if possible.

i want my phone(same model and in same colour) as soon as possible
