I have been raised complain #BON060714FS00002 two week back but no result. I have brought Sony Led from Croma Nov 2013 and it is having sound issue from starting. I have been raised two complain for same but not solved my issue. Now Croma team stop picking my call. After paying 70000/- this is what they are giving me. I have extended Warranty also form Croma for another two years but i feel got cheated and i have send many mail but no result.

I Brought this LED TV in 70,299.00 and i feel all i lost + always disturb due that i spend my heard earning money in this and there is no support after sale the product.
