have order a wallet for birthday gift , order no.OD40714062900 , Product Bern BR 1009 Wallet with Cash on Delivery , but I have received wrong product( Bern 1010 Wallet ). I have registered complaint on customer care within 10 min to send courier guy again and inform them to take back it as this was not the same product that I have order, if not possible want replacement within 48 hrs as I didn’t want to wait more than that as this was Birthday Gift , but they denied and inform that want seller approval for replacement and if I want refund, that will be picked up after approval only and then I will get back Refund back in my bank account. Why should I wait for 15-20 days for refund and I wanted to gift this to someone. What I will do replacement If I will not be able to gift this on time ?
