have purchased a yamaha home theatre model no.-YHT299 on 05/09/2013 from Music Kafe?7 lenin sarani?kolkata-700013?west bengal by paying Rs 35000 cash. On 30/05/2014 i have handed over the same to Music Kafe for repairing under warrenty at yamaha service centre. But till date iam not getting any trace of the system?I have enquired at yamaha service centre and music kafe pessons are saying different things at different time and now they are not answering my phone also so please help me

I want the music system repaired by eamaha service centre and extantion of warrenty for the period weasted by music kafe
