Dear, My sony mobile phone charging jack has not been working the same phone is under warranty period for that issue i visit the same place dated on 12.12.2013 but the care centre refused to deal me and asked for go to lajpat nagar centre even that centre also dealt in mobile phone and for such charging jack they demand me for 70% which almost to Rs.12000/- of the value of mobile phone, i don’t know whether they harassed or influence me Kindly do the needful

My mobile phone is under warranty period so i just need suitable response from them if this service is chageble then want to pay at reasonable rate
