Sony Mobile Service Center Misleading Consumer

I bought a sony mobile model:c1504 imei no.355558059766111 on 19 nov 2013,when i was charging the phone on 25 feb 2014, the phone is ringing but display gone blank.i went to Ankur care center(authorised service center.job w114022603134)agra they charged me Rs 100 for checking the phone,after 2 days they informed that display is not working we have to install new display which will not be paid under warranty(and that too they don’t had in stock).then i went to service point(new delhi ticket id 14030600702.job no w114030600702) on 6 march 2014they once again charged Rs100 for checking the phone,on 11march they informed display installation which will cost Rs 1750 and will be installed upto 13 march,i went to them on 18march,21march,24march and today 26 march now they are telling me while installing the display mother board is not working.is this the way sony mobile make fool of their customers,is this the warranty they are giving.i will complaint about this in consumer forum india soon.
