Message : Sir, I have purchased a SONY VAIO Laptop (Model No- SVF 15218SN) from MEDIATECH BURDWAN on 26-january-2014. But he has charged me for a different Model no(SVF 15318SN) .SVF 15318 has market Price Rs 53990/- And I was charged Rs 51000/- including VAT. But the market price of SVF 15218SN is Rs 46990/-.Which means I paid the price for SVF 15318SN and got SVF 15218SN with a loss of Rs 5000/-. Also, there was an offer from Sony that MDR-ZX100A (headphone) will be given free with this model. But till now I have not received it. He has given me the warranty certificate for SVF 15218SNB but he has mentioned SVF15318 SNB product in receipt. I tried many times to contact him via phone but there was no positive response.

I want to return this laptop and get my money back whatever I have paid. Also I am demanding Rs 40,000/- as a compensation for these harassment.
