Sony Vaio Laptop – Poor Customer Service

This has reference to my service request id 020-292-050 of 03/08/2014 followed by another request id 020-491-166 for resolution of flickering issues on Vaio laptop. In order to fix/resolve the issues,Sh.Gajender Sharma,an engineer from the service centre, visited me on 08/08/2014.This technician tried to fix the issues by running some software/programmes & by checking some wire connection on the machine.Before leaving,he informed that the issues stand resolved & that in case still any problem is faced,I should contact him on his mobile. But within an hour,the issues again cropped up & accordingly I informed Sh.Gajender.He advised me to take back up of the files on my laptop so that he may visit again to re-fix the issues.Unluckily,this gentleman met with an accident & he advised me to contact Jaypee Electronics for help.On 14/08/2014 ,I requested the persons managing the affairs of this centre to depute the engineer to resolve the issues & they agreed to do so.

But none was deputed till16/08/2014 & when I again called them up on 17/08/204,I was told that my service request id 020-292-050 is already closed and as such they are unable to depute any body for the resolution of the issues.Further,they advised me lodge fresh complaint to redress the issues. Accordingly,I had to register another request bearing no.020-491-166 on 17/08/2014.But again no engineer has been deputed despite my daily follow up with them as well as calling at 1800-103-7799.Though the on site warranty is available , I was advised to take my machine to their centre after it could not be set in order by their engineer & it is lying with them since 25/08/2014.It has been reported that LCD panel will have to be procured from Singapore for which it may take one week.My requested for standby was also not met .The attitude of the people at Jaypee Electronics is very evasive & pathetic.Even the Service Head has not responded to my mails.
